Located east of Moray Street on Ness Avenue, Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts (MKC) is a fun, caring and respectful social community that provides safe, worry-free living to independent seniors.
Full complement of services & amenities
Residents receive a full complement of services and amenities that provide opportunities to form and nurture relationships, and participate actively in their community. Everyone is welcome to join in the monthly birthday party celebration, weekly happy hour, and town-hall type meetings.

Our helpful and courteous staff operate under the single-minded vision to provide the best care they can to support residents’ independence as long as possible. We are fortunate to have many long-term staff committed to providing quality services and activities.
Frequent training and staff coordination meetings allow behind-the-scenes activities to run smoothly.

MKC proudly operates on a non-profit basis. We show our commitment to our residents by offering quality service at the most affordable rates possible.
