At Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts, our suites are equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and secure in your home, while weekly housekeeping allows you more time to socialize with friends and family, partake in the activities you enjoy, or relax in our scenic park-like setting. Enjoy a stroll on our many pathways or soak up the Vitamin D in our indoor and outdoor sunrooms!
We promote good nutrition by offering a variety of healthy, high quality meals three times daily in our dining room. Our host of wellness programs focus on meeting the individual needs within our diverse community, and include an in-house convenience store and happy hour.
For an affordable monthly rate, residents enjoy our full host of services.
