Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts (MKC) assisted living facility is a warm and welcoming not-for profit retirement community with over 50 years of experience providing safe, affordable senior housing.
Since 1963, our facility has undergone many changes and enhancements to meet the needs of the community. Our second major construction addition is underway and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to further engage the community with 78 additional housing units.
We are one of the most affordable not-for-profit independent living residences in Canada. We like to consider ourselves “fun” and not “fancy.” We go beyond the basic services to offer great amenities!

Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts was established to provide affordable, enriched housing for the senior population, enhancing their independent lifestyle with services such as provision of meals, housekeeping, and social opportunities in a secure, homelike atmosphere.
Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts provides secure and affordable non-profit housing for those persons in their retirement years. The provision of services including meals, housekeeping, and the opportunity for social interaction promotes independence, while enhancing the quality of life for those who choose to make it their home.
